Privacy Policy

Only what you choose to type. That may include:

• Your name, email address and (if you provide one) phone number.
• Appointment details, the service you're interested in, your preferred day and time, and anything you describe about your request.
• Your chat transcript with Pearl, so Prophetess Tamela can follow up on what you asked about.

Pearl does not ask for payment card numbers. When a quote is paid, the card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach this site.

• To schedule, confirm, remind and reschedule your appointment.
• To email you a confirmation, a reminder, or a new time once it's approved.
• To let Prophetess Tamela reply personally to what you shared.

Your information is never sold, rented, or used for advertising, and it isn't added to any marketing list unless you ask for that.

Prophetess Tamela Wright, through a private admin area that requires a password to open. Nothing you submit is shown publicly, the open-hours calendar only marks a slot as reserved, never who reserved it.

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf: our hosting and database provider stores the records, our email provider delivers confirmations and reminders, Stripe processes payments, and an AI provider generates Pearl's replies so she can answer you in the moment.

Appointment records are kept while they're active and for a reasonable period afterward so Prophetess Tamela has a history of your care. Chat transcripts are kept only as long as they're useful for following up. You can ask for either to be deleted sooner at any time.

• Ask for a copy of what's stored about you.
• Ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
• Ask to stop receiving reminder emails.
• Skip the chat entirely and simply email instead.

Pearl is intended for adults. If a booking is made on behalf of a minor, a parent or guardian should be the one to submit it.
